Soccer in the Sand is offering a number of camps for all age levels and abilities at Dog Beach in Del Mar this summer. Each camp will focus on the basic skills for players ages 9-15. Campers will learn the game in a different environment than the usual. Finishing, passing and receiving, volleys and diving headers will all be the focus of the camp along with the demands of training on the beach. Both camps will include a three day Soccer in the Sand small sided “World Cup Tournament”.

Times: All camps run Monday thru Thursday, 9am-12 noon

Cost: $165 per camp includes a camp T-Shirt
(Spaces are very limited and registration will be on a first come/first serve basis.)

What to bring: Sneakers, Sunscreen, Soccer Ball, Water, Snack and Swim Suit & Towel (optional)

Ages: Boys and Girls 9 -15 years old

Location: Dog Beach, River Mouth Del Mar

Camp Philosophy: Soccer in the Sand summer camps are for soccer players that want to get better. We will work on technical skills including ball work, beating players 1v1, receiving, first touch, heading, volleys and FINISHING! Goalkeepers will also get a lot out of Soccer in the Sand camps because of all of the activities when we are going to goal. Beach soccer is being played all over the world and can bring a different element to your game back in the grass. Soccer in the Sand summer camps are simply great soccer camps held in a beautiful setting and a change from the everyday camp and practice.

Schedule:
9am- 9:45, Warm up and ball skills work
9:50- 11, Beating players 1v1, Heading, Volleys and Finishing (Shooting)
11- 11:15, Break and Snack
11:15- 12, Small sided games (World Cup Tournament)
