Regarding Seaside, Soccer in the Sand 2020 Date

First and foremost we want to send our thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the COVID-19.  We’ve been working with both the Oregon State Parks and City of Seaside to give us the best possibility of running this years tournament.  We are happy to inform everyone that we have rescheduled the tournament to July 25-26.  While we are sad to miss our traditional Father’s Day weekend date, all parties felt it was in the best interest that the event be pushed back later in the summer.

Your team registration option

We will be moving all current registrations to the new summer date and no action will need to be taken on your end in order for this to occur. 

We understand the new 2020 date might not work for everyone.  In the event this new date does not work for the team, then we will move your registration to our 2021 tournament (to be held on June 19-20, 2021).  Many of you have been long time supporters of this tournament which we are so grateful for!  Our hope is that if you cannot make the rescheduled 2020 date, then you’ll simply plan to see us in 2021.  You will be fully paid for 2021 and not incur any increased Registration fees that take place in 2021.  We will manually roll your registration to 2021 and send you confirmation to the email on file (of course you’ll be able to change your team name, etc…).  If you cannot make the new 2020 date please click and complete this form to be moved to our 2021 date. 

If a refund is needed then 75% of the registration fee will be refunded to the original form of payment.  Soccer in the Sand is a small independent business that has incurred many costs for this event.  We hope that everyone truly understands the position we are in and needing to adhere to our original cancellation terms regarding the event.  If you do wish to receive a refund we’ll need you to complete the form below by May 25th in order for us to process the refund.  Click here for refund form
